Three decades of Hair Fashion experience was brought to the Iconic Salon in Royal Oak, Michigan.  I believe in great hair with a wonderful experience.  Our venue allows me to share with the client an individual approach.  Finding out the haircut wish, structuring that wish to reality to suit each person's individual features and function effortlessly in an everyday styling ritual.  Hair color is meant to be an accent to the cut as well as features, such as, face shape, eye color, and skin hues.  Hair treatments, smoothing, shine and strength aid in you're everyday styling.

As a second generation hair stylist, Heather grew up in her mother’s salon and has been surrounded by the industry her entire life. Graduating from the Excel Academies of Cosmetology reinforced her natural talents, and she continues to build her color and cutting skills on this excellent foundation.  She is certified in multiple brands of Keratin treatments and is continuously attending advanced educatiion classes to be inspired by upcoming trends.  These skills are what allow Heather to give her clients a style they can love and feel great about!

Daniella's artistic approach, and strong understanding of aesthetic appeal, has always been the foundation of her passion for beauty.  As a graduate from David Pressley Professional School of Cosmetology, she began training in Birmingham, polishing and perfecting her cutting and coloring skills, via advanced color and cutting classes. Daniella continues the furthering of her education by attending classes at Iconic Salon, being a member of Americoif, and taking advantage of every opportunity for extended learning and classes.

Trained in Chicago and Detroit by sought after, top-tier celebrity stylists from all over the world, learning the most current cutting, coloring, and styling techniques around. Specializing in color, cutting, up-do's/ special occasion styling, and make up, Daniella has received certifications in Brazilian Keratin treatments and extensions.

A member of Americoif for 5 years, she has been a intricate part of the make up team for 3 years, and now holds a place on the board of directors as the Artistic Styles Director.
